Vendors

The Southeastern Youth Fair is a unique family event. We have NO MIDWAY, PAID ENTERTAINMENT nor do we charge a gate fee or parking fees.
We are a non-profit and operate on donations from our sponsors. We do allow certain vendors to participate, but only on a limited basis. We will only contract with one vendor of a certain type. For example we have only one person to sell cotton candy, one to sell kettle korn, one rock wall, one doing pony rides, etc. This enables all our vendors to operate without worrying if someone else is competing with them. We do not allow direct sales of merchandise (jewelry, toys, crafts, etc.) during our Fair, but it is permissible for the High School Rodeo. Our food vendors may not compete with our main concession which is operated by our 4-H clubs and FFA chapters as a fund-raiser. While we understand that most food vendors sell a variety of items, you may find that we will allow only a few things that are on your menu to be sold. We do not have the facilities to put vendors indoors, so it will be necessary to provide your own tent or trailer. If you would be interested in becoming one of our vendors, please fill out and send in our application, or contact us for more information.
